ASG Welcomes New Talent to Multicultural Marketing Team

Archipelago Strategies Group (ASG) today welcomed Lydia Vega and Paulina Zarate to the agency, adding new talent to New England’s leading multicultural marketing, PR and community engagement consultancy. Please join ASG in welcoming Lydia and Paulina to the team!

Lydia Vega, Account Manager

Lydia holds more than ten years of experience leading community engagement and communications campaigns in the political, public and non-profit sectors. She specializes in developing multilingual messaging to increase engagement and involvement of diverse communities.

Prior to joining ASG, Lydia worked for Northeastern University and developed its leadership program to empower Latino students, while also supporting the school’s communications and marketing needs.

Lydia previously worked for Ed Markey’s successful U.S. Senate campaign and prior to that, within the Boston City Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University.

Paulina Zarate, Marketing Specialist

Paulina specializes in multicultural marketing, research and ethnic media campaigns for diverse clients. She leads focus groups, produces videos, develops brands, designs websites and interacts with the media to ensure campaigns are successful.

Paulina gained experience in marketing working at HBO, within the company’s multicultural marketing department in New York City, while also coordinating promotions for HBO Latino.

Previously, she facilitated a leadership program for the Project 99 start-up, traveling to the Dominican Republic and Mexico City to host multi-day workshops for young entrepreneurs. She completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Babson College.
